Like new Class Roberto Cavalli top

I bought this on Posh last year, but have never worn it. Sleeves have a keyhole detail which is posted in photo three. Retail was $180 asking $45 OBO. Size tag listed as a European 42 which translates to a 10, but could fit a 6-8 as well.
