I’m confused, is it a medium or 18? 18 would be plus size, I wear a 40D bra, 16 and or XL, will this work for me?

@supremekm I've updated the listing to include the size chart from City Chic to hopefully give you a better idea on sizing. Their size 18 is considered a medium on their size chart.
