ssooklal @misseslyssa Hi! since the back is a tie, it's VERY adjustable. Front is also smocked and stretchy. There's nothing to actually measure in the back since it can be tied as tight or as loose as needed!

ssooklal @misseslyssa Seam to seam, UNSTRETCHED, bust is 20". Then there's an underarm smocked panel, roughly 7.5" on either side, then the tie for the back. Let me know if there's any other specifics I can provide, but this is the perfect Hawaii dress!
