Rare Paloma Picassofor Lopez Cambil LTD Evening Handbag. Made in 1990 prior to her trademark X when she began in the handbag business. Black leather with a heavy gold color chain that comes to a center at the top of the bag. Magnetic closure. It measures approximately 7” x 6.5” x 1.25”. The chain has a 19” drop. Max in Italy. This bag does show some signs of wear on the gold marble that covers the magnetic closure. There are slight signs of use in a few areas of the leather and I believe they will disappear with professional cleaning (though I believe it is unnecessary because it’s barely noticeable). I am happy to also say this bag smells like fine leather and not even a hint of basement. It’s a beautiful bag and although I have seen others from this collection, I have not found this specific model.
