Beautiful navy and cream skirt Talbots

This is an elegant skirt that I wore to my daughter’s wedding rehearsal dinner with the navy top which I will list separately. It has a side zipper and button closure. Excellent condition and measures 25” in length. Which on my 5’2” frame came just barely below my knee
