The screws holding the handles are generic replacements. There are indentations on the chapes from the original hardware. Minor scuffing and discoloration on corners, some dirty areas. Interior has a large discoloration in bottom and 2 smaller areas near accessory pockets. The only closure for the bag is a strap inside that snaps together.
