This is a very nice vest and a pretty red. It has quilted fabric and a small stand-up collar. It has two front pockets that snap shut and a working zipper. It is new without tags. The vest is made of 100% polyester and has no stretch. It measures 27 1/2 inches pit to pit and 28 inches from the shoulder to the hem. It comes from a smoke-free, pet friendly home.
