Vintage Vivienne Tam black mesh maxi dress with keyhole neckline. From my personal collection, I believe I bought it in 1999. Never worn, still has the tag from Off Saks. Excellent condition, no pulls. It is a tag size 2, which is a medium in the Vivienne Tam sizing.
