Vintage 70s Unbranded blue and white floral maxi gown - small to medium tall

Elegant floor length fit and flare maxi in a blue and white floral motif. Liner has taffeta feel, with a sheer floaty flowering fabric overlay. Ribbon at waist, Elastic ruffle neckline, zipper back with no stretch and no pockets. Skirt is full sweep, and quite a showstopper. This one was too long for me, and is best for a tall person. I am 5'4".
