Free People summer floral mini dress sz 6

For reference I'm a US size 12/XL,  my measurements are 40-33-44, I am 5'3 and wear bra size 36D. by Free People sz 6 Cotton mini dress with floral print and a nylon ruffle at the skirt. hem. sheer straps and three buttons at bodice elastic panel in back. hidden zipper on side. measurements taken with the garment blade, 15. in from underarm to underarm, 12. in from side seam to side seam at waist, 30 in Long from shoulder to bottom M. there is an elastic panel in the back to stretch the waist a little bit more. in a good gently worn condition. no rips or stains. however, at the top of the hidden zipper, the stitches are coming out a little bit and this could probably use to be re-sewn on that seam. see close up photo. Smoke-free home, however I do have cats and try as I might cat hair does get everywhere, please keep that in mind if you have severe allergies.
