Inside 3 slip pockets, 1 side pocket that could be used for small water bottle, 1 zippered pocket. On the top of purse there is a main compartment zipper and another smaller zippered pocket. Purse measures appro. 14.5 inches across, and 9.5 inches tall. Has a shoulder strap and clutch type handles for easy grab and go.
