Floral dress

Floral dress. Can be worn on or off the shoulder . Sleeves have elastic on the end with ruffle detailing. Bottom of the skirt also has ruffle detailing. Smoked at the top. Only worn once . Shoulder to hem is about 28 inches but keep in mind can be worn on or off shoulder so measurement may vary. I’m about 5’4 and comes right above the knee .
