This warm and soft Cathy Daniel’s skirt is 65% polyester and 35% rayon and is a perfect winter (or cold fall) skirt. I be think it’s very dark brown with the red though I thought it was black when I bought it. Elastic waist measures almost 13”and stretches to 14.5” and is almost 2” wide Length: 30” Width of hem : 32” 7/17
