This dress is from London Times, is a size 14 & is in great condition with no flaws I can find to mention. - deep V neckline with wrap bust - removable tie belt - sheer glittery sleeves - hidden back zipper - lined - shimmer threads in the textured dots of the fabric - armpit to armpit measures 20” across when laying flat - waist measures 16.5” across when laying flat - top length measures 8” from where fabric naturally crosses when laying flat to waistline - skirt length is 22” from waistline to bottom
