Used for 1 year and 50 days ( out of warranty) per Apple support phone call, they did do a reset while on the phone I do not Live near an Apple Store so I didn’t bother attempting to in to get a replacement speaker piece, They do work however but the speakers are low, they have to be at the highest volume but it still is as if it was at medium volume. Original case in working order no issues with that or being charged just the volume issue. Smoke free clean home Could be refurbished I believe. I’m not sure how that process works or how to get that done. I just bought a new set instead Relisted- buyer address needs to be updated after I marked item shipped
