Excellent used condition. Faux leather shows no sign of wear (impressive because I used it for at least a year and wasn't gentle). Hardware may have slight scuffing from use (handles have metal on metal contact). 1 inner removable zipped pouch with 2 pockets and 1 zipped pocket. 2 sets of straps (top handle style and shoulder style). Big enough to fit larger laptop (I used it for work). Sad to let it go but no longer used for work.
