Vintage Gold filled chain necklace is 17” long with a tiny heart that opens. See pic. A very tiny diamond chip is on the front of the heart. Never worn. This can be “baby’s first diamond” just needs to have chain shortened for a child!!!

cssbocadog @cadencecampb377 Yes, the chain is on the thinner side. Because the heart is so dainty, in my opinion, a thicker chain would detract from its beauty. I hope this helps you.
