70s Vintage Baby Blue Polka Dot Maxi

This dress is beautiful. Circa 1970s it is made by Nadine and I expect that it may have been worn as a prom dress. The bottom of the dress is a baby blue polka dot sheer fabric over an acetate skirt. The bodice is white with a sheer blue frilly neckline. The dress has a attached velvet belt at the waist. Zips up the back. In good vintage condition - there is a small pinhole on the skirt - see photos. Measurements in photos in line with a small to extra small.
