Vintage MCM Golden Yellow Plastic Bamboo Necklace Tree Holder. It has 3 metal “arms” to hold either necklaces or bracelets. It measures approx 11.5” tall, the base is approx 3 3/4”. It’s in very nice used vintage condition.
