Rhinestone Heart Brooch / Pin prong set in silver toned metal - vintage - this brooch is an excellent condition with no missing stones and measures approximately 1 1/4 inch in height, by 1 1/4 inch and width (see photos for more details). I found the identical shape and size on another site stating it was made by Panetta. However, I was unable to find any markings on this piece.
