Elastic at waist and around back. Self tie belt included. 3D nap closure at back of neck. Top is lined as well as an underskirt lining. Lining is midi length. 100% polyester. Colors are a Beautiful tropical yellow/orange and deep coral. Approximate measurements laying flat- PTP- 15”(without stretching) but the whole back is elastic.
