Purchased directly from the kate spade site. Bag is in pretty good condition. I used it quite a bit but it still looks fairly new other than some wear on the handle and a few spots on the bottom of the bag. Got lots of complements on it whenever I took it out. Never used the cross body strap so that is brand new in the packaging. Trying to clear out some of my kate spade collection.
