I would call this good condition for its age. I believe FP made it 12 years ago. The color is still amazing and the embroidery is very good for its age. I don’t see any missing runs of embroidery. The tie on one side need to be redeem at the seam if you desire. You can’t tell when it is tied. This was made as a dress but works well as a tunic if your tall. Few small I don’t want to say snags but don’t know what else to call it in fabric. I got compliments every time I wore it.
