Vintage Wedgwood of Etruria & Barlaston Beatrix Potter Peter Rabbit 3 Piece Set

This is a vintage Wedgwood of Etruria & Barlaston three piece Beatrix Potter child's dinnerware set. The set includes the cup, bowl and plate. Each piece of the set depicts a scene from the book "Peter Rabbit" by Beatrix Potter. All of the pieces are clearly marked Wedgwood of Etruria & Barlaston, Frederick Warne & Co, Beatrix Potter Designs and PETER RABBIT. The plate measures approximately 7 inches in diameter. The bowl is about 5 1/2 inches in diameter with a height of 1 3/4 inches. The mug stands around2 3/4 inches high with a diameter of about 3 inches. This set is preowned and vintage. There is a small mark on the edge of the plate (it is on the surface, NOT a chip) and some crazing (see pictures which are highly magnified). The cup and bowl are in excellent preowned condition. I have also included a small copy of "The Tale of Peter Rabbit". A story to share with your little one or as a reminder while you look at the beautiful dishes. This little book is copyright 1987. It has been a well loved book. The interior is in good condition but the cover is quite yellowed.
