Beautiful dusty rose deep V, halter style sleeveless top by Black Swan. Ties at neckline. Fabric is ribbed. Quality feel. New with tags, retail for $57. Size small. Measures 17 inches across chest from armpit to armpit and measures 23 inches in length. Host Pick!! NOTE- there is a watermark on the back of the top at the neckline. Removed small spot that that was on top with water and a cloth. Spot is gone, and mark will come out with laundering. Unable to launder since this item is NWT.
