Morgan & Co. periwinkle formal/prom dress

Very cute periwinkle dress. Has a slit on the side bottom just as pictured. Was used once for senior prom and was later dry cleaned. Only alterations is a simple strap was used to make the dress sit up a little higher. Can be easily taken out. That is also shown in pictures.
