Bought this last year and have only used it a couple times. Nothing wrong with the bag, I’m just not getting as much use out of it as I thought I would. CONDITION: This bag is practically new, I never even removed the foam from inside the snap enclosure pocket. Please note a couple of white marks on one of the top handles. There is also a dark square spot inside one of the side pockets. This is from a sticker that somehow came off inside the bag and left residue behind. I’m sure if you brought this to a coach store they would clean it for you! This does come with both shoulder straps, the crossbody strap, and the dust bag!
