goglamgirl Hi @loulou818. Not sure how to send you a message. Because you flagged the order, I will be in trouble with PM because some of the ornaments are glass. I will be happy to send you more to replace the ones broken but will need to do it separately from the order. If you can please accept the order, I will make it right by sending you more. Otherwise, they will make you return them and I will likely get a strike because they are glass.

goglamgirl @loulou818 They will penalize me - I think they will say they are glass so I lose the product and the payment. You will likely be refunded. Ugh! I spend so much time and effort on these things. Very upset. I wish we could have discussed this before you opened a case. I will be removing all ornaments from my closet. Just not worth the effort.

goglamgirl @loulou818 There are three Chanel ones and Three non Chanel in each case. I included some extras for you - so that is likely what you are seeing. I didn't pack 10 ornaments in one box.
