This vintage blouse is from Peppermill California, is a size Large & is in excellent condition, I cannot find any flaws. - long flowy sleeves with fitted button cuffs - high neck with button front to create keyhole - beautiful print - sheer fabric, a cami is needed underneath - armpit to armpit measures 21” across when laying flat - length is 24.25” - sleeve inseam is 20”
