11 1/2” x 6”. I’m not sure what this is made of, almost feels like some kind of stone, but then almost feels like could be man-made. I honestly don’t have a clue. I only found one other one on Google and it has no information except it is European. One little piece missing in back by the rose, every thing welded good condition and it’s very unique.
