It is brand new genuine product that was originally purchased online from approved vendors and then lost in the shipping process due to various reasons. The freight company (USPS, FedEx, UPS) pays insurance claims and then attempts to reclaim a portion of their loss by auctioning the items. As a result I usually only have one of each item and don't have a variety of sizes.
