Comes with what is pictured. The yellow button on top near the bank moves the yellow mail slot. Other than that I think the doors you move on your own. Like the little green doors and the firehouse door. The ice cream yellow "window" I lift up on and then pull the blue chairs toward the "street" then it is open for business!!! There is also a green spin bell on top that rings. The blue man hole cover for the firemen on top slides open too! All my items are from a smoke free home.
