The One Carat Diamond was removed from the Neil Lane ring and replaced into the Adriana Papielle ring. Absolutely stunning and definitely rare and one of a kind!!!!! Over $7k was paid for this ring total. Extra prongs were added to hold the larger diamond. Ring size is 5.25
