@rubymitchell883 hi. When seller offers discounted shipping, that means seller pays for the difference from $7.97. There is no way I can offer you free shipping, because I will be charged $7.97 plus $3 commission. Together that is even more than the price of the shirt. I am not just not making any money, I am loosing money.
I can only offer $.95 shipping and pay that difference. No discount on the price.
