Rare Vintage 60s/70s velvet patchwork handmade maxi skirt XS orange tan green brown. This skirt is nothing short of spectacular. Cotton velvet in graduated sized patchwork tiers is interspersed with cotton floral trim and green velvet ribbon. Trim and ribbon are hand applied. I can find no damage on the skirt.
