Rumored Black Swan Mini dress

Medium size black swan mini dress from Rumored, brand new with tags, never worn as it fit slightly too big for me. Very cute detailing with mesh and hearts on it and floral designs. Silt material and flowy with lots of room in the hips. I’m usually at 13.5 inch waist and there was a lot of room left so I’d say medium would be perfect for a flowy look. There is slight padding on chest cups so no need for a bra.
