Would you say this dress can be worn on top of shoulders instead of under shoulders?

@jogg610 absolutely you can move them up. There is elastic to help holes it and you can all so use fabric tape to place where you want them to keep it there.

@jogg610 I can’t confirm if it was as there wasn’t a tag- I’m happy to dry clean it though or take off price from purchase if you want to have personally have it cleaned. Hope that helps 😊
