Vintage In Case of Emergency "Shorts"

I used these over my leggings when I ran, I bought them for what they said and couldn't find them in women's style-if they would still fit, I would keep them! These can also be used as bikini cover-ups. They were washed in cold water-inside out-and never machine dried so the design is in impeccable condition for its age. Approx measurements: waist 14" (elastic is worn), inseam 4", outseam 14.5", hip 19.5". Pet friendly home but kept in spare room closet. Wood background is dining table, not the floor.
