This is a vintage beaded velvet burnout, shawl or poncho. It is in excellent condition and features for peacocks around the perimeter. It has beautiful, silky fringe all around the edges, there is one area where the fringe needs to be repaired slightly, but it looks to be repairable. Otherwise, it is an excellent preowned condition, no other signs of wear.
