One side is black vinyl and the other side is fabric printed with feathers. Pockets for hands. Velcro closure. Fabric is polyester and the other side is vinyl and waterproof. -Condition- New old vintage stock with tags. No flaws. -Suggested Modern Size- Tag size is 1X. Fits true.
