Blue lenses, black frames. Logo is on the upper left lense. Comes in beautiful blue Tiffany and Co. Box with authentication paperwork. They were purchased at a macy's. No scratches, worn a few times. I purchased them on here from somebody. They are perfect, just a little too wide for my head.
