Vintage 70s or early 80s. No size tag, no material tag - it was removed at some time. See picture. Was probably a prom dress or a bridesmaid dress. Full length accordian pleat skirt. Flowy cape sleeves - attached at the waist. They flip over the shoulders and hook together at the nape, in back of the neck. See measurements in pictures. No flaws noted. Gorgeous flowy sleeves flutter behind as you walk…..or dance…or run. Have fun with this one!
