kmehrten @nurseashh Hi and thank you for your interest. ALO website lists this bra as light support. I feel it is between light and medium. It has pads and is some what thick making it supportive. I purchased this from one of Poshmark’s live shows. I have not tried it on. I’m extremely small breasted with no cleavage (sadly) at all so it would be had to judge by my size as most women are much more well endowed than myself. I hope that helps some. I would say this bra would be best for B/C cup.
