This is a unique piece. We've all heard of a short. But what about a high low skirt over legging-type pants? Made from nice stretch black material. Never worn. Size L/XL. Really versatile for a multitude of styles. Another piece I hate to part with but they say if you haven't worn it in a year get rid of it. 😉
