Soft green romper. No size tag but will fit small or medium. The waist is 12 inches with an elastic waistband and it stretches to about 15 because I am a mdium on bottom and it fits perfect. Pit to pit is 17 iches relaxed and stretches to 21 inches. No flaws. Worn once.
