Once used to hang coats in the porch, this rack also was used by Grandma to tie up bundles of herbs to dry in a neat way & keep them from being trampled by anyone passing thru. I do recall bundles of garlic and lavender hanging too - both smell fantastic. Its in perfect condition from the late 50s early 60s Each peg secured with a bolted back washer turn... It can hang as you like (wide or tall) as there are 2 swivel loops/ wall hangers to hook on the wall, allowing it to be longer or wider [hope that makes sense!] I hope it helps you stay organized in your life too as it's stood the test of time with my family!
