christinesixtee @cndmkc yes I can see the peplum and I know it flares out but wondering if the fabrication of the top has some stretch to it, is it stretchy. And does it have a zip up or is it a pull on?

cndmkc @christinesixtee It is pull on and has a button on the back. It's not really stretchy material. There may be a slight give to it, but otherwise it is not considered stretchy fabric. It is an XL and is in great condition.
