It was stained, but I believe I removed all of it. I couldn’t find any remnants. A few small picks. Some on the back above the smocked waist, one on back of sleeve, one loop on top of sleeve.
No other known defects.
100% Polyester. It says hand wash only, but I washed it in a garment bag and it did fine.
