Vintage Botanic Arts Studio Picture Signed + Easel

I’m not sure of the process used for this art form but it appears to be plants that are shellacked to base. Initialed by artist. Excellent clean condition. Measures 6.5” x 4.5”. Easel is painted gold wood and stands 7” high.
