Westport 1962 bell sleeve dress Women's size small. Bust: 36. Length from pit to hem:28" Ribbon tie back closure. Wide bell sleeves. Not sheer, except the bell sleeves past the elbow. Used/very nice condition. It may have a few tiny flaws I didn't see, but nothing that keeps it from looking very nice overall.
